4Runner — 隱私權政策

本政策說明「4Runner」(以下稱「本 App」) 如何處理你的資料。重點先講：本 App 所收集的資料完全儲存在你的裝置上，不會上傳到任何伺服器，開發者也無法存取這些資料。

1. 本 App 存取的資料

• 位置 (GPS)：用於記錄你的運動軌跡。本 App 在前景與背景記錄期間取得你的位置。
• 心率：透過藍牙 (Bluetooth LE) 連接你的心率帶，讀取並記錄心率數值。
• 藍牙：僅用於連接並接收你的心率帶資料。
• 動作與健身資料 (步頻)：透過裝置內建的動作感應器計算你的跑步步頻 (每分鐘步數)，用於記錄與分析。本 App 不會存取你的「健康」App 資料。

2. 資料如何被使用與儲存

• 上述資料僅用於在本 App 內顯示與記錄你的運動 (軌跡、距離、配速、時間、心率、步頻)。
• 所有資料 (包含匯出的 TCX / GPX 檔) 只儲存在你裝置的本機儲存空間。
• 本 App 沒有帳號系統、沒有後端伺服器、不使用分析工具，也不會將你的資料傳送到開發者或任何第三方。

3. 資料分享

本 App 不會自動分享你的資料。只有在你主動匯出或分享 TCX / GPX 檔案 (例如上傳到 Strava 或其他服務) 時，資料才會離開你的裝置。一旦你把檔案分享給第三方服務，該資料即受該服務自身的隱私權政策規範，與本 App 無關。

地圖顯示：當你在本 App 內檢視某段路線時，本 App 使用 Apple 內建的「地圖」(MapKit) 在你的裝置上繪製軌跡。地圖圖資由 Apple 提供，其使用受 Apple 的隱私權政策規範；本 App 不會將你的軌跡上傳到開發者或任何第三方。

4. 資料保留與刪除

你的紀錄會保留在裝置上，直到你自行刪除檔案，或刪除本 App。刪除本 App 即會移除其儲存在裝置上的相關資料。

5. 兒童隱私

本 App 並非以兒童為對象，且不會主動收集任何可識別個人身分的資料。

6. 政策變更

未來若本 App 新增功能 (例如顯示廣告) 而改變資料處理方式，本政策將會更新，並於此頁面公告新的生效日期。

4Runner — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

This policy explains how “4Runner” (the “App”) handles your data. In short: all data the App collects stays on your device, is never uploaded to any server, and the developer cannot access it.

1. Data the App Accesses

• Location (GPS): used to record your activity route. The App accesses your location while recording, in the foreground and background.
• Heart rate: read from your heart-rate strap over Bluetooth LE and recorded.
• Bluetooth: used only to connect to and receive data from your heart-rate strap.
• Motion & fitness (cadence): your running cadence (steps per minute) is computed from the device’s built-in motion sensors for recording and analysis. The App does not access your Health app data.

2. How Data Is Used and Stored

• This data is used only to display and record your activity within the App (route, distance, pace, time, heart rate, cadence).
• All data, including exported TCX / GPX files, is stored only in your device’s local storage.
• The App has no account system, no backend server, no analytics, and never transmits your data to the developer or any third party.

3. Data Sharing

The App does not share your data automatically. Your data leaves your device only when you actively export or share a TCX / GPX file (for example, uploading to Strava or another service). Once you share a file with a third-party service, that data is governed by that service’s own privacy policy and is outside the scope of this App.

Map display: when you view a route inside the App, it uses Apple’s built-in Maps (MapKit) to draw the track on your device. Map imagery is provided by Apple and its use is governed by Apple’s privacy policy; the App does not upload your route to the developer or any third party.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your records remain on your device until you delete the files yourself or delete the App. Deleting the App removes its associated data stored on the device.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information.

6. Changes to This Policy

If a future version of the App changes how data is handled (for example, by displaying ads), this policy will be updated and a new effective date will be posted on this page.
